Where to find us

We keep two stores in Yaoundé. Each holds everyday materials, hardware and tools; heavy orders go straight out to the site.

What we stock

The range covers the build from foundation to finish. What is not on the shelf is ordered in, including special references and heavy equipment.

    Cement and aggregates

    Grey cement in bags, tile adhesive, plaster and lime. Sand and crushed gravel by bucket, barrow or truckload, blocks and bricks.

    Rebar and steel

    High-bond rebar and plain round bar for stirrups, diameters ···. Welded mesh panels, tying wire, nails and fixings by the kilo.

    Roofing and cover

    Corrugated aluminium sheet, prepainted box profile and tile-look panels, gauges ···. Ridges, verges and fittings, roof timber, plywood, gutters and downpipes.

    Plumbing and fittings

    PVC waste and pressure pipe, elbows, tees and sockets by the piece, PVC cement. Taps and mixers, complete WC suites, basins, water heaters, pumps and water tanks.

    Paint and finishes

    Water-based paint for interiors, oil paint and anti-rust for wood and metal, fillers and thinners. Floor and wall tiles by the box, tile adhesive, rollers, brushes and trays.

    Tools and hardware

    Barrows, trowels, floats, levels, tapes and lines, shovels, picks and machetes. Grinders, drills, discs and electrodes, mixers and poker vibrators, screws, locks and padlocks.

More than selling

The store is also a supply service, not just a counter. We work out quantities, we deliver, and we follow special orders through to arrival.

    Quantities worked out

    From a drawing or plain dimensions, we count the bags, bars and sheets needed. You buy what the site uses, without surplus tying up cash.

    Delivery to site

    Delivery in Yaoundé and around it, from a single bag to a truckload of sand. Offloading is agreed beforehand, crew and access ready.

    Supplying other sites

    We supply sites we do not build: firms, tradesmen and private owners draw phase by phase, without stockpiling on site.

    Special order

    Anything off the shelf can be ordered: special lengths, gauges and colours, heavy equipment, large lots. The lead time is stated before any deposit.

Buying for a site

A site does not buy the way a household does. The store works with the group's construction division and times deliveries to the works programme.

    An account in the site's name gathers every withdrawal over time. A statement per phase tracks the spend and reconciles it against the measured works.

    Volume and pace

    The big items, cement, steel, sand and roofing, are ordered in lots and delivered in stages, to avoid both shortage and overstock on a tight plot.

    Working with the builders

    When TMRB carries out the works, supply and site run through one contact. When another contractor builds, we follow their programme and specifications.
