Our works

We work from boundary marking through to rendering and tiling. Every item is priced separately in the quotation: the client knows which stage is paid and which is still to come.

Residential and commercial building

Houses, apartment blocks, shops and business premises. We take a site from the earthworks, or pick it up after the structural stage and carry out the finishes.

Excavation, footings, substructure, blockwork, columns, ring beams, lintels and slab. We also take on existing buildings: crack repair, extension, roof replacement.

Poultry houses, piggeries, cattle sheds, stores and open sheds on timber or steel frames. Floors and walls built for washing down and drainage.

Site survey, boundary marking and setting out of the building before any earthworks. The setting-out plan goes to the client with the written record.

Support for buyer and seller alike: boundaries checked, ground conditions, access and services. We are neither notary nor estate agent: we establish the land's technical feasibility.

T.M.R.B CONSTRUCTIONS is a limited company under OHADA law, used to the paperwork of Cameroonian public procurement. We have worked on a CNPS hospital and a police station, plus masonry, roofing and foundation jobs across Yaoundé.

The client receives a priced bill of quantities before anything starts, then a progress report at each stage. Nothing is committed without written agreement on quantities and prices.

Yaoundé and the Centre

Our teams work across Yaoundé and its outskirts: Bastos, Etoudi, Emana, Messa, Nsam, Mvog-Mbi, Odza, Ekounou, Biyem-Assi, Mendong and Nkolbisson. We also travel to Nkoabang, Soa, Obala, Okola and Mbalmayo, and further into the Centre Region.
